1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for spicyhotshorts.com and the Hot & Spicy Stories mailing list is Atiye Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect

We do not collect special categories of data, we do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles about you.
3. Who processes it for us
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU) hosts our mailing list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts and secures the website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We never sell or rent your personal information.
4. International transfers
We are a U.S. company and some providers are in the U.S. Transfers of EU/EEA data rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Mailing-list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs: up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
6. Your rights in the EU/EEA and UK
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing). Email [email protected]; we answer within one month. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).
7. Your rights in the United States
California (CalOPPA, CCPA/CPRA) and other states: you can review, correct or delete the personal information we hold by emailing us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Do Not Track: we do not track you across third-party websites, so we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. No third party collects data about your online activities over time through our site.
8. Age requirement
This site and our emails are only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the data.
9. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Our providers apply industry-standard security, and access to the mailing list is limited to authorised people.
10. Emails
Signup requires email confirmation (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, in line with GDPR and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If the change is material, we will also email subscribers before it takes effect.

No tratamos categorías especiales de datos, no usamos cookies publicitarias ni analíticas y no elaboramos perfiles.
3. Encargados del tratamiento
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lituania, UE) aloja la lista y envía los correos.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (EE. UU.) aloja y protege la web; está adherida al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.
Ambos actúan solo según nuestras instrucciones mediante un contrato de encargo. Nunca vendemos ni alquilamos tus datos.
4. Transferencias internacionales
Somos una empresa estadounidense y algunos proveedores están en EE. UU. Las transferencias de datos de la UE/EEE se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea.
5. Plazo de conservación
Lista de correo: hasta que te des de baja o pidas su supresión. Registros del servidor: hasta 30 días, salvo que sean necesarios para investigar un abuso.
6. Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, portabilidad, limitación y oposición, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a [email protected]. Respondemos en un mes. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
7. Usuarios de Estados Unidos
No vendemos ni compartimos datos personales con fines de publicidad comportamental. No te rastreamos en otras webs, por lo que tratamos igual las señales «Do Not Track» y Global Privacy Control.
8. Edad mínima
La web y nuestros correos son solo para mayores de 18 años. No recogemos datos de menores a sabiendas; si crees que un menor se ha registrado, escríbenos y los borraremos.
9. Seguridad
La web funciona solo mediante HTTPS. Nuestros proveedores aplican medidas de seguridad estándar del sector, y el acceso a la lista está limitado a personas autorizadas.
10. Comunicaciones
El alta requiere confirmar tu correo (doble opt-in). Cada correo incluye un enlace para darte de baja, conforme al RGPD y a la LSSI.
11. Cambios
Si modificamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de entrada en vigor. Si el cambio es importante, también avisaremos por correo a los suscriptores antes de que se aplique.
